* We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works
* When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. We know some other websites don't do this, but we think it's important to get your glasses right. Any questions, please do contact us!

Do you have one or two Pupillary Distance (PD) values?
* Some people might see more that one PD number on their prescrition. Measuring your PD is important and easy, please see our 'how to measure your PD' help section. If you do not add a PD measurement we will use the standard average 63mm for men and 60mm for women.

* Transition lenses are the lenses that darken in the sunlight and lighten in softer light or the dark. They offer both style and convenience, and can help protect your eyes from UV. Our lenses use genuine Transitions technology.
